HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

All orders are sent via standard or express post and any orders made before 12pm (AEST) MON-FRI usually go out the same day to 24hrs after the order is processed, this is excluding public holidays.

CAN I PICK MY ORDER UP IN PERSON?

Red Door Beauty Room is located in Toowoomba, Queensland. Please fill in all details when at the checkout so I can advise when your order is ready for collection. Please allow 24hrs.

I WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

All products on this site are for professional use only and intended for the use by professional Beauty Therapists, Beauty specialists, makeup artists & Hairdressers with sound knowledge of Eyelash extension application.

Products on this site are not for self use unless otherwise specified. By purchasing from this site customers acknowledge they fit into the criteria stated above & agree to all terms stated on the Red Door Beauty Room website. If you do not agree with any terms or conditions of Red Door Beauty Room do not use this site.

 Acknowledgement of risks

All information on the use of Red Door Beauty Room products noted on this site & included with a product is provided in good faith for the safety of the Lash extension technician & client receiving a lash extension service. Product user instructions should be followed at all times. Red Door Beauty Room does NOT accept any liability for the results what so ever arising from the use of a Red Door Beauty Room product due to that the utilization of these products may simply be out of Red Door Beauty Room's control. The technician/purchaser is responsible for selecting the suitability of a product & following the recommended method of use.

All professionals using a Red Door Beauty Room product into their Eyelash extension/beauty services agree & recognize that applying Eyelash extensions can never be 100% safe & that injury to the eye or surrounding area, irritation of mucous membranes, eyes, or premature falling out of lashes may occur. All safety precautions & safe guarding of clients wellbeing is the responsibility/liability of the Lash extension technivian/provider (you) & not the liability of RED DOOR.

REFUNDS / CHANGE OF MIND

Defective Product
If you (the Buyer) determine that products shipped to you are defective, please advise Red Door Beauty Room of this within 3 (3) days of receipt by email or telephone. We will normally issue you instructions on where to return any defective product. Please note that all products should be returned in their original packaging/Un-opened. Red Door Beauty Room reserves the right to either replace defective product or provide a refund of the purchase price upon receipt of any defective product.

Change of Mind
Please bear in mind that we do NOT provide refunds for ‘change of mind’. A credit value will be held for you that can be redeemed for future purchases. Please contact us when you are ready to redeem any credit given.
